Welcome to the Winner's Circle Shirt Subscription service provided by Happy Hour Racing. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Subscription Description: The Winner's Circle Shirt Subscription is a weekly subscription service where subscribers will receive a shirt commemorating the winner of each NASCAR race. Shirts are designed based on the race results and are shipped to us approximately 2-3 weeks following each race. Your initial shipments will include winner shirts from previous races.
No Guarantee of Specific Driver Merchandise: While we strive to provide a diverse selection of race winner shirts, there is no guarantee that shirts will feature your favorite driver exclusively. The shirts are based on race outcomes and are not influenced by subscriber preference. In the instance that there is no winner or a shirt is not produced by our supplier we will substitute with something of equal or greater value.
Subscription Fees and Payment: Subscription fees are billed weekly. Payment will be automatically charged to your provided payment method each week. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our service, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service to arrange for a replacement.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current weekly billing period; you will not receive a refund for any subscription fees already paid.
